2.8 Diesal dimensions

Post by Guy »

How big physically is the 6 cyl 2.8 diesal that came out in the early GU's and what is it like wireing wise ??

Length and height are important .. weight is not so much of an issue..

650mm Wide from inlet manifold across to oilfilter

850mm long from engine fan to gearbox bellhousing

900mm from sump to rocker cover

To be used as i guide only as all measurements were done by me not nissan .

The Rd28t is nissans RB30 diesel brother and the same block and almost
the rest of the Rb30 bits and pieces.
