I had a 92 club cab. It was really reliable with very little going wrong with it.
It was a 3L v6 model, that i put on pajero rims with bfg rubber.
The engine had enough power for most including towing. With all the suspension changed to urethane and a full set of Koni's on it it rode well on dirt tracks, being prerunning offroad race tracks and the like.
Downsides being the turning circle, an oil tanker probably turns quicker than it.
Other than that it was quite a reliable truck capable of most, but still not quite a hardcore rig for harder offroad work.
Ps: if your buying one check for leaking rocker cover gaskets that leak straight onto the exhaust.
