can i use a compressor out from a frozen system on small truck for an OBA setup ??...

From the looks of it the 'reciprocating' compressor would be fine to use, as it looks like it has an oil sump which you could fill with a nice thin oil.
Having never used one i couldnt say for sure, but it does look like its ok to use.

Probably be fine, Id look for writeups on York compressors these are popular in the US and were fitted to lots of older vehicles, they also had their own oil sump.
One of the Jeep guys..... Wooders on here has a York on his Wrangler. He may have some advice for you.
