damn... that's a nasty roll. Hope everyone came out ok.
Just had a call from Sean and Pip who were on their way back from the comp. No solid results, but probably Pete 1st, and then close for the other places (I think the Overkill buggy was up there, and maybe Uri).
ABT boys busted a driveshaft, and a crown wheel and pinion. They broke maybe 5 teeth off the crownwheel... ripped it out at camp, welded the teeth back on (!!), ground the teeth back into shapre and away they went. Then I think the next day they broke the other r&p!
I'm sure more details in the next day or so.

I only saw it on one event A1 and i think it overheated when it got to the top so it had to pull out of that course but i never saw it on any other courses

it was a great spectator sport for rock hammer racing, I got heaps of photos to give away. If you want them (photos), they are high quality jpegs all I need is a stamped envelope – padded – sent to me and I will send you a 4.7 gig DVD of all the best photos I have. Alternatively feel free to hit the website and grab what you want! - Some will be posted on the web 2 nite.
Special thanx to the guys who helped us out near the campfire, without guys like Roger, giving us instructions and assistance the rockhammer team would never move forwards.
Speaking of moving forwards……if there is a transfer case bearing floating around Haultech, could someone please send it us….we seemed to have misplaced it

Had a bad day on Saturday broke a front axle on the first stage and broke the other side hub getting out of that course and ran out of breakdown time and ended the day with 240 points fixed it in the arvo with a big thanks to David BB and Greg for having the parts to fix it.
Sunday saw us come back with a 5th place for the weekend, which will hopefully keep us in the running for the USA. Glad to see the ABT boys compete on Sunday after a long night fixing it, next time I'll bring an oxy as well as the mig and start charging for it I think we could recover the costs of competing just in hire fees hey not not!! Bring on Round 3 just need to do some more fine tuning of the old Homeless
Thanks to Sam and Tony and the WE Rock crew for a top event

whats the damage report on the zook
The Purple Zook was F*#KED after that rollover. The Mog skulldragged it out of the way where it sat lifeless for the rest of the weekend. A trailer job for sure.
Sometimes listening to the crowd & every other competitor saying STOP may be a good thing.
Great weekend all the same, heaps of rolls & breakages, but the crowd had plenty to smile about! Plenty of grunt on show. Big shame the Rockhammer boys didn't get their drama's sorted as that buggy was sounding sweet!
Got some good pics that I will post later.
Did anyone get a Pic of Ally doing that huge wheelstand just before the roll? I got it on Roctoy's vid but cant take pic's at the same time.
Thanks to all the competitors for a great show!
