water in headlight

hey i just realised my front right headlight in my sierra is half full of water(it has been pissing rain). i though they were sealed headlights ?
if i put my lights on it will most likely blow the light , correct?
anyhow how could i fix this and do you have to take the forn grill of to get it out ?

take the bulb out the back then unscrew the light and just tip it out ... most likly the rubbed seal thingy on the back there the light bulb goes in isn't sealing right :?:

and yes most likly the bulb will go pop if you turn it on

Some have sealed some have semi sealed.

Pop the headligt out by the screw things accessible next to the lamp from the front of the grill.
