Front Diff for 60 series
Hi all,
Just wondering if the 2h diesel 60 series front diff is the same ratio as the 2f petrol 60 series diff?
As I have got a chance to replace mine with a rebuilt one out of a 2f 60 series.
Thanks in advance,
Mick

Thanks again,
Mick
there were a pair of diffs in the forsale section for $1k, and the front diff is probably worth more than the back so if brakes etc have been reco'd aswell then it probably is worth $400.
I suppose not, but you wouldn't wanna pay $400 for a s/hand oneShadow wrote:Is it really that common for the front diff of a 60 to wear out? its not like they get used much, unless you do a shitload of 4wdingeye-for-detail wrote:yeah. go grab it oldmate
as long as the diffs reco'd, anything else done up is a bonus
LN106 d/cab, 2in lift, 32s, airlocker,
were talking about the whole diff assembly i believe. And if it has been fully reco'd this will cost about $400 in parts. not including cv's.eye-for-detail wrote:I suppose not, but you wouldn't wanna pay $400 for a s/hand oneShadow wrote:Is it really that common for the front diff of a 60 to wear out? its not like they get used much, unless you do a shitload of 4wdingeye-for-detail wrote:yeah. go grab it oldmate
