Doesanyone have first hand experence with Lightforce 170's and IPF Xtreme sport series 800 or 900 series ,i can't make up my mind which set to get .Ipf have a 65w H9 globe and are water resistance for 2mins and 300mm.I like these lights and are considering the 800xs rectangular series ,but the lightforce are adjustable and have a 1meter water resistance and are 100w ,now i would prefer the 65watt if the light output was roughly the same as it would use less power.I have seen some lightforce 170's that have black shit on their reflectors and that has turned me off ,but i think that must been the older series with out the new brether on it.Anyone?

I have lightforce 170`s on my Hilux.
I absolutly love them.
I used to have a set of hella skinny driving lights ,got hold of a set of these,1st set we managed to break a reflector (dropped the light) while taking these of another vehicle,we where spewin till went to buy a set and said to sales person.They told us to contact light force.all light force ask was what happened,mmmm our product should break like that,can you send them back to use so we can look at them please
.2 weeks later we recieved a BRAND NEW set of 170`s at no charge.
I`ve had these on the car now for about 4 or 5 years and have not had 1 problem at all.
Lightforce told me after they sent out our new ones that if we ever had any troubles just to call them.Dads mate has a set of 240`s on his truck and a light force sales rep saw him in a truck stop and asked if he would send his lights back for a replacement set at the reflectors had yellowed (again at no charge).
I`ve had IPF,Narva,Hella,Bull lights and these lightforce would have to be the best IMO
