Ben as far as i am aware the lower half of it where the bog holes and Area 54 is, is already sold and is about to be quarried so we can say good buy to that area and the other end near the water tower is allready zoned residential and i doubt it will be long before its developed. As for the rest i think it is all owned by the surrounding quarries and i cant see it being sold some time soon

for playing at.
There is a quarry and over the back of that there is national park that they will not let you into. behind that is greenbank or the westen side is the mines area.
