Snowy Mountains Challenge

The Snowy Mountains Challenge is on again. This year to be held on the 18-20 August. This winch event is hosted by the Brindabella Ranges 4WD Club.

Where: Private property, 18 km North of Cooma, NSW along the Monaro Hwy.

When: Friday 18th, Scrutineering from 12pm. Three night stages commence from 6:30pm
Saturday 19th, 7:30 start to complete 6 stages for the day.
Sunday 20th, 7:30 start to complete 3 stages for the day and have presentations wrapped up at a reasonable time for the travel home.

Entry Fee: $250 per vehicle

Vehicles: This event will be run under the CCDA guidlines as a Class C event. The maximum tyre size shall be 38 inches. No buggies or buggy look alikes accepted. All vehicles must be fitted with roll cage, 4 point harness, and all necessary safety and recovery equipment. Driver and navigator shall wear helmets at all times.

There is a quick run down on the event. The property is 4WD access only. There will be no public spectator access, but entry fees cover 5 Adults fo weekend entry.

Entry numbers are limited, so first in gets a run.

Pictures of last years event will be posted soon to show off the severe terrain where the event is to be held. Your winches and Navies will get a serious workout!

Well all I can offer are appologies. The IT crap is sorted and now are back communicating.

The pics are on there way up. There hass been good interest in the event, so get hold of the forms and get them back to us to lock in your spot.
