I too would be interested in this. Or atleast watching so I can give it ago myself unless someone can give me a basic run down of what's required.

I've got a compressor and die grinder, can you get away with that?

yup used a die grinder and slotted the holes about 2.5-3mm away from direction of rotation (from memory), following the arc of the flange and it worked perfectly.

Score/mark them accurately across the flanges before dismantling so you can see how much to adjust to get the castor back 3 degrees or so, and also to see if they move later on.

...Never had an issue with them working back to original position, even with bigger brakes, but if you are worried they'll do that, you can dowel them before replacing them, or even tack weld them afterwards.

Made a hugh improvement to straight line stability!

Thought of doing them myself, but I can't be stuffed and easier to pay LRA to do them for me. I don't think $130 is a lot of money IMO, just when you don't have it :bad-words:

I'm I remember Ruff or Sam saying they (Haultech) have a jig to easily set it up in the mill and can do it.

i am lookin into it my self as the truck is on blocks gettin some newish diffs slaped under so thought should do this at the same time for when i get a 4'' lift

it wasn't about the money and i now lra do good work. i just need to minimise the down time on my truck.
