Amberley Autos (Dandenong) 4wd dyno tune

Post by Emo »

Anyone have any experience with these people or 4wd dyno tunes in general. I had the Landcruiser converted to LPG a few weeks ago and whilst running well is using LPG at a rate of 37l / 100km which even running 285/75/16's is a bit extreme. A bloke at work has a 4.5 100 series Landcruiser on standard tyres and he is getting about 20 - 22l/100km on LPG so I reckon that I should be getting around 25 - 27l / 100km. Anyway, I've got it booked in for Friday week to see if they can tune it up a bit for me.

I have heard very mixed reports from their customers, from very good, to very poor. The only consistant thing has been that their dyno is very "happy".

Sorry but I don't know. They just happen to be next door to us at work. They always seem to be busy though.
