howdy,
the lights on my hilux have gone bonkers.
when i turn the dash/tail lights on,my left indicator comes one and stays on(ie doesnt flash)
but when i put the left indicator on with the dash lights 'off' the dash lights flash.
and now when i put my foot on the brake the right indicator comes on.
i pulled my dash out and traced wires etc and looked at my front and rear lights and i cant see anything broken or crossed etc.
the 'circuit' on the back of the instrument panel has 'peeled' off in a few places but seems to be intact.
any one got any idea where the power might be crossing over??im stuck and my wiring diagram is crap.
cheers
Dom

indicator and light stalks can often give wierd problems.
However I would ensure that you have a good ground lead chassis to earth on the battery first.
With wierd stuff like that, its often an earthing issue.
