Just a few thoughts on your plans. With the front end kit, if you plan on keeping the 4wd most american kits use t100 drive shafts. So you will have to import those as well.
The rear springs, as much as deavers have a good name i think freight on them will be prohibitive. Look around locally, i think putting on XB ute leaves with custom hangers onto a hilux is a cheap solution for a bit more travel.
These combined with a good set of long travel shocks would give a satisfactory amount of travel.
