centre bearing
do the rubbers surrounding the center bearing wear out on drive train bearing appears to be ok but there is a fair bit of play in the rubber boot i have a 91 hilux dual cab
Any Hilux that comes into the workshop with a stuffed centre bearing we
have a one piece tail shaft made for it, its cheaper in the long run
It also improves universal angles

I send the rear half of the rear tailshaft and have it retubed and ballanced to the correct length
You dont have to take the vehicle of the road while is is being done select H4 in the transfer case and drive on the front diff
The operational length of the tailshaft should be about 1.410 metres long
BUT CHECK THE DISTANCE BETWEEN YOUR GEARBOX TO DIFF FLANGES FIRST
Depending what condition your slipper yoke and uni,s are in as to the final cost of the job
