has anybody found a replacement steering box for a daihatsu rocky?
at the moment its mounted inside the chassis rail.

also anybody attempted hydro assist on a daihatsu box?

im interested in this too mull, im lookin at full hydro aswell as it might be a little less stress on the rocky box.
turbos are nice but i'd rather be blown

full hydro would be nice but too expensive, hydro assist seems the best way to go. not many boxes fit other makes (all toyotas are different nearly) so ull need to mod shit anyway. may aswell put a 60 box outside chassisand work from there. superior or MIKE topfa will help with mounting it im sure $$$$$$$$$ the rest is up to what you can source.

what do you plan to run for the ram?
turbos are nice but i'd rather be blown

hmmm...steering would be good....i started my rocky on the weekend....after adjusting the cable ties on the starter motor it started 1st time :) with alotta smoke buit hey i got a 1/4 of a tank....:)

oh back to the point just get the cheapo hydro and rear dissconnect... u be sweet.
