G'day,
as the title says guys how do i get the bastard out? need the car back on the road ASAP. its a 60 series and it is the left hand side if it matters.

Prise it sideways with a screwdriver and just pull it out with pliers, I assume you are going to replace it.

Yeh trying to replace it at the moment cause the oil was thinning out the grease and the car was eating bearings. do you mean just lever it out resting the screw driver on the side of the axle housing?

Last one I did I drove the screwdriver (carefully) through the metal part of the seal, gave it a quick twist to make a gap between the seal and the housing, got a grip with some needlenose pliers and yanked it out easy.
