Hi when I buy a zook I would like to put 32"s on it......there is a 75mm (3") alloy very strong body lift kit available to me will this not rub? my freind over here has a SWB vitara with no lift and he has 30" mudders on it and it doesnt rub so would this be correct to say it will not rub?... Then I will put low transfer case gears in...$1800nz! and all other little bits longer shocks etc and get it road legal
I ran my sierra with 32 mtrs, needed a 2" body lift and some guard trimming and some flares, otherwise no probs. And a bit of rub on the front springs at full lock!
you will still need to cut the bumper attachment outriggers off otherwise the tyres won't fit in the guards...even 30's need this. Prob still need to do a bit of beating in the inner guards but depends how much flex you get i spose. Will rub on chassis and springs if 10.5inch wide unless mounted on 8's or custom offset rims/wheelspacers
oh yeh....i was talking for a sierra.....what are you planning to get sierra or vitara? prob not much difference space wise but bits needing trimming or bashing is prob different

i think cj was getting at the fact that a 32 aint always a 32 and may have a couple of different width as well as the variety in height across brands. Prob best to at least think about what tyres you want to run or get them and cut/bash/lift appropriately

Yes, for example I was able to fit 32's (7.50x16) on my Vit with only suspension lift but to get 31x10.5's on I also needed a 50mm body lift and grinding and hammering due to width and rim offset. As has been said decide the tyre you want to run and then make it fit
If you want to go old school with a narrow 32" like the 7.50x16 that I am running on a SWB Vit then what I have is the Calmini 3" suspension and some 16x6.5" rims of a 2.0 V6 Vit. Too easy Yes, it's dearer than a bodylift but it works well and no flares needed.
Have a look at importing your own t-case gears from Trail Tough in the US. That will save you some $$$. Just get them to mail it USPS and it shouldn't be a problem into NZ.
When you go that large with tyres your onroad gearing will suffer a bit but advancing the cam timing can help out a little there.
