Hey

If the front of my lux is 4.300 and i put a rear GU diff in with 4.375 will this be a major problem?

That shouldnt make any noticebale difference, i knew a guy that put a 9" in the rear of a rangie with 3.89 ratio and up front the stock 3.54.
Saddle up tonto, its the not so loanrangie! . 98 TDI DISCO lightly modded with more to come.

There will just be a little more bias to the rear. Freelander has different ratios front and rear from factory.

That's to large an error, his centre diff would of been working overtime
