Just want to no what diff the ford f100 runs in the front 1980 model 4.2 petrol

1980 F100 front diff will be a dana 44 with the TTB front suspension.

And it will be a 4.1 litre 6 cylinder or a 4.9 litre V8, not a 4.2

EDIT:
If it an Aussie truck, and it is the same shape as mine in my Sig line, it will be a Dana 44 HP solid axle, with 3.5 gears, open centre.
Ford US were into the common Bronco shape in 1980, we Aussies were a year late.
