3rd member will bolt up no worries.
the 40 series air locker to the 80 series 3rd member - i think (think) that they have different bearings and can be changed

custom bar work, 4x4 parts, trailers, anything out of steel/alloy :D
The id on the carrier bearings is 45mm ( 40,55,60,70's pre ~1990 ) and 50mm on (75&80 post 90) but the od (80mm) and width remains the same so as long as the correct carrier bearings are used they go straight in.
