do they steer alright in mud?? i've found that sort of bar tread pattern floaty and indirect for steering when in mud (heaps of straight line traction though) when compared to swampers and simex.

They definatly arent as good as the pedes for steering and arent real good at dragging themselves out of ruts either.. but yep they are gr8t in a straight line

sold plenty of them and the ppl i have sold them to have been happy for the scrub but since they are bias ply i would not think about them on road not only wear to quick but illegal in some states if not all. you might get about 20k out of them on road

Well there on and look awsome,they seem to steer and brake ok on the road comming home , i just have to get out in the bush now.This car has only done 15,000 klms in the last three years so 20,000 tuff klms would be fine because ive used two sets of BF Goodrich muds in that 15,000 the car mainly only gets used for hard club trip as i have two 4wds but i want to drive that one to frazer island in october so we will see how the tyres go on the road then.We are lucky in coffs harbour because the bush and beach are so close.
