Will they fit???

Post by RockyF75 »

31x10.5 Simex extreme trekkers fit on my rocky (f75), with only 2" suspension lift. I know its a bit broad but hoping sum1 will have fitted similar. I've got some 235 75 15s atm, and at the front they seem to scrub at full lock on the chassis rails :?

The rims would probably be slightly different to your ones now and you'll have no worrys :D

I thought i read some people have had scrubbage on the leaf spring also with larger tyres?? confirmation anyone

Depends on the offset of the rims
Oh btw do u mind measuring the front.
From the top part of the rim to the fender.
Then i can compare the height with mine.
Coz i'm running 31 MT and they scrub.

My 31 inch Simex Centipede MT's touch the leaf springs, and chassis rails on full lock. Mind you, my 235-75-15 BFG's also touch. Just wind the steering stops back a bit further.

31 BFG muds with 2 inch springs on CSA magnum rims fitted fine on my old f75, though after i changed my springs to longer flatter leafs i had to give to guards a bit of angle grinder and BFH loving due to more travel and lower ride height.

Guys, appreciate if you could measure the height of your front fender to the top of the rims.
Just curious how much lift u guys are running. I find my front abit low and might want to raise higher.
Thought of adding 1 more leaf to the front.
Suppose to be running 3 inch of lift all round.
I'll measure my car from fender to rim when it's back from the shop. Cheers.
