OUTERLIMITS WEEKEND LCMP 15/16 November.

Ok its comming up on our first aniversary of this site(20 October) We want to have a weekend away to get to know everyone.

However we cant do it during October as Sam has some commitments so we have planned to have a weekend away at Landcruiser Mountain Park over the 15/16 of November.

We are planning to run some Tag Along drives through cruiser Canyon and a few other tracks. This will cater for all types of vehicles and capabilities.
Night run on the sat night.
Tug of War
We will be taking Sams Ramp up with us so you can show off your flex.
Maybe some friendly comp for all the crazies.

If we run a friendly comp the area will be bunted off. Unregistered Cars are ok in this area. But will not be allowed to be driven around any where else in park unless accompanied by an official.

Depending on how many people are planning on comming up we may be able to suppy some food or at least a feed on Sat night. We are taking a large BBQ up with us and you will be welcome to use it at any time.

All members of Outerlimits4x4.com and their friends are welcome to this weekend.

We may have some small prizes available on this weekend.

Shirts and Stickers will also be available on the weekend.

Cost for this weekend are just general Park Fees =

4WD Vehicles
Day Trip $18
$30 per night camping (24 hour stay)

2WD Vehicles
Camping: $18 per night
Leave car at office $6 per night
(In good weather conditions High clearance 2wd vehicles can get to the Cowah falls area however it is a fairly rough trip. Eg:A stock height Current Falcon would access this area with no damage.)

We will be hosting this in the Cowah falls area. Same area as XRCC.

bugger thats a long way for us Nth qld lads to go for just a weekend well have to take friday and monday off for travel i guess..... hey if there is any other lad up here in NQ that wanna goo let me know

OK so besides using the POS as a Community bi-cycle what other things did people want to do! :lol: :lol:

Like RUFF said we will run a TAG-A-LONG threw Cruiser canyon, there is heaps of different lines threw there and something for everyone!

TUG-OF-WAR back at camp! :cool:

Night run!

And maybe some mini FUN comps on the sunday!

Does anyone else have something they would like to see there!

Remember we are catering for all levels from AZA on the Bike to the MOGROVER!

Alcohol is BYO.

There is nothing available at LCMP other than ICE Bottled Water/Milk and a few soft drinks.

so u mean when ur driving a course ill get u to take drink so u cant drive then ill be able to drive ur car bak :roll:

Final Cut Videography will also be providing video entertainment on the saturday night (via our big screen projector). We will be playing a variety of 4x4 related vids, for everybody to enjoy if you don't go on the night run (or if you can't remember how many drinks you've had). We pioneere d this at Round 0 XRCC and it was a great atmosphere.

Yeah why not. As long as someone wants to look after what they are interested in. Then we welcome anything basicaly.

This is only 2 days so time will be the problem. We will sort some time tables as we get closer to this event.

I beleive a couple of us guys will be heading up on the Thursday to start sorting out exactly where we will lead Tag-Alongs.
