Is it coming from the fuell pump itself, or where the pump is bolted to the head??? Sounds like either its leaking internaly in the pump, or its leaking at the pump flange.

Most likley leak when the car is running. When the motor not on there is not pressure in the oil system, and no new oil is being pumped to the head.
