it really depnds on how many mufflers and how big they are that get put on.

G16b i would assume is the injected 1.6, and honestly, a 2" exhaust with a hi flo cat and a single hi flo (3 chamber) muffler would sound sweet.

if you put a cannon on, you will be ricer boy.

extractors will add more punch and it will sound even better.

if you are worried about the noise, then you can fit 2 small mufflers, or a hot dog/resonator before the diff.

It's just a guess, but maybe something like,
putt putt put
or perhaps,
brrmm brrrmmmm
or even
VRRRMMM brrrmmm
and if it was turbo'd
VRRRMM VRRRMMM pfft VRRRMMM VRRMM pft VRRRMMM... KA FRIGEN BOOM
and if it had a Weber carb it would be something like this,
brumm brumm brumm ....*.... cough splultter cough
but if it was going into an old LJ it would sound heaps better than the standard,
ringa ding ding ding
I hope this helps.
Peter.

*.. insert incline or off camber here.

PS, I am blind, could you please discribe the colour yellow to me?

don't you have an exhaust on it already?

What sort of exhaust are you talking about? Are you just after a better sounding exhaust note like a lil sad kid or do you want a better performing exhaust system?

Have you done a search on this forum as the topic has been covered many times before? Have you looked in the thread in General about exhausts, upto about 10 or so pages?

And has a very funny head, hidden by an even funnier hat :D

Extractors is the go for power, and not too big on exhaust, as you need some back pressure or you will lose power.

2" to 2.25" max. If you go too big you will lose exhaust velocity which has a negative effect on the cylinder scavenging as much as if you have backpressure. Backpressure actually costs power (think of a restriction to flow in a pump) but if you set up your exhaust for max power at max rpm then by the very nature of compromise you will be scarificing a little torque down low in the rev range.
