body lift for sierra
This has been covered so many times there should be heaps if you search.

The bracket for brake lines on the inner guard needs to be removed, a new hole drilled, and remounted.
Hose clamps on fuel filler need to be loosened, there is usually enough length to re-use it, but new hose could be wise.
Never remove all body mounts at same time, as body goes floppy and then is hard to remount. Loosen one side, remove other side, fit lift in a bit at a time.
Some rear bars are connected to body and chassis, if so just unbolt.
Most stuff is fixed to chassis only, making Sierras easy to lift.
Just check for anything joined to chassis and body, as you don't always know what previous work has been done.

I did mine about a year ago. But what i can remember is that i had to mover the front bar up with custom brackets. For the steering shaft i placed an additional rubber spacer for the length. (not necessary but thought it would be better). And ground out the top right hand side of the hole that the transfer case lever is located instead of bending the origional so that low range can be accessed again.
Sierra Buggy, SPOA, Lockers, Weber Carb etc..
everything will fit ok with a 2" BL. You will need to bend t/case shifter and gearstick or open up the holes a bit so they dont hit. i used a jack on the tyres to lift body up one corner at a time.
