Jimbo
It doesnt need the cradle, only airbag cars need that, as the bar has crush zones.

I've got a tjm bar, and I'd be putting a cradle in if i was running a winch!

Damn things only held on with 6 bolts and side only!

Quite frankly I've found the bar to have excellent flex over the years...

Odd??? I'll say so! :D Going team booty fab now anyways!

I recently fitted a steel t15 bullbar and warn xd9000 to my 80 series (air bag) cruiser.
Didn't need a cradle for the winch, but I did make a bracket at the front for the rollers as I recon the cable can flex the standard bracket on it's two bolts too easily. You will be able to see what I mean when you fit it!
You may have fun adjusting the bar on its bolts to fit it properly. My bracket to protect the air con unit drier didn't fit so had to be modified. TJM wasn't really interested when I brought up the problem with the bracket to their attention. (My car has never had any front end damage!!)
