Post by greyzook »

Gday, does anyone know if a GQ patrol snorkle will fit on an F78 Rocky. I have heard they do with a few mods. Has anyone done this ? Any info will be great.

For starters its an MQ/MK Patrol snorkel which is meant to fit... And I don't think a 4x4 shop will help you as it a custom fit.

Alex from CarDomain has one fitted to his Rocky..

I am making my own at the moment from 3" stainless... I'm going to post pics when I'm done.

Even if you go buy a Safari, theyre like over 400 bucks... stuff that :finger:

Plus you get the bling that safari just can't buy with a staino. My mates a sheety and 'one day' he's going to get around to making one for his rocky, then if it's feasable he's going to sell them (1 to me first i hope  ) so i'll post up here if that happens... but don't hold your breathe this has been in the works for about 2 months and he hasn't done his own one yet :D ... maybe another 2-3 months.. maybe tomorrow :?
