flexi flares the anoying fold in
i have flexi flares on my gq and like many others i have seen the corners fold in and it gets really annoying to the point where i am tempted just to tear them off has anyone come up with a solution
I put the wire in then put a screw in each end of the flare to stop the wire working its way out. I pulled up on the flare as I put the screw in so it holds its shape well. I also put a piece of aluminium plate at each end to hold the bottom corners out.

the reason the edges fold in is because you have put to much tension in the flare at the bend. Also its because you have screws in the middle of the bend aswell
when you are curving the flare on the vehicle to screw it in, relax the flare a little and never put screws in the bend . just how far away from the bend you put the screws on either side is somethin you can experiment with.
