has anyone on here done this on this forum, was it very hard to do and does it cost much to have it done profesionaly?

any help is apreciated

I've seen a few. Festa competes in one for winch challenge events. Last I heard it costs around the $6000 mark for a pro job

my work is in the process of cutting a 100series into a dual cab at the moment.

I work for TJM coopers plains.

I tried to find some pics of Mick from Hardcore 4x4 in Caboolture. He's got a dual-cab 80 Series. It looks really good. I believe he got Creative Conversions to do it and it costs in the vicinity of $3500 undercoated.

Are you sure about that ? Mick is my girl's next door neighbour and i saw him do the chop, exo and tray. Pity he doesn't get online

Just got off the phone to him. Creative Conversions did do the cut. Mick had to finish it off with bogging, painting and sorting interior.

Glad this thread came up, cos I have been toying with the idea of doing a cab chassis on my 80 for a while. Whos got pro's/con's of doing this? Anyone done it and not like it? Difficulties? Any thoughts?
