Speedo cable protection

Post by nicbeer »

Hey, has anyone looked or done any protection for their speedo cable?

Was looking at maybe sleeving it with PVC tube or similar to help it from breaking on logs/branches and the like.

I don't think that would do much to protect it, though it wouldn't hurt. Something like those bucket type xfer case cradles would be the go.

For some reason my speedo cable is crushed INSIDE the cab. Still works but the noise it makes it bloody irritating!!!
