just put in a 2" lift in my patrol, lovel springs (HD rear) and dobinson shocks.
when ever i go over a bump on the road the rear passenger side seems to jump, it makes the car shake
what could it be?
i wouldnt think having heavy duty springs in the rear would do this.
LWB or SWB?? what do you mean "jump"?? does it have bump steer? how is the steering dampner? are the bushes on panhards and radius arms fine? what about the tierod? trailing arms, are the coils and shocks 2" raised? are the shocks topping out?
more info and maybe we can help
If the above post did not offend you in any way please PM me so I can try harder!!
Felsy visit you local shopping centre and play with the speed bumps, thats what I do sometimes to nail which corner or side has a problem compared to the others. It's possible to line the bump and car up sometimes so that only one wheel at a time hits the bump great low tech device those bumps

all bushes fine.
had a mate look at my car when going over a spoon drain and speed hump at 5kmph, when exiting the drain the LH passenger side wheel leaves the ground and the car tips down to compensate for the wheel being in the air, and thats only going 5kmph!!!!
tried it going a bit faster, about 10 - 20kmph and it still did the same thing but the other side left the ground to but only a bit.
How tight did you do the shock rubbers up? Tight can cause problems, I noticed a big improvement when I backed mine off. Not saying this is your problem but it might be worth checking.

does any one have dobinson shocks for a 2 or 3 inch lift? if so what is the part number off it,
im not getting full suspension travel, (tops out easily) just wondering if i have correct shocks
Extended lengths are correct, so it sounds like one of them is valved too stiff. This is a 1st. Do you think the good one is valved too firm for your liking also. Maybe a shock with softer valving would be suited to you better such as EFS shocks.

the good shock seems ok, hard to tell with the faulty one playing up
