There is such a thing as a PTO setup for a sierra ( its the blanked off output on your transfer. Wouldnt be that hard to make yourself if you were determined. I wouldnt run a winch directly off one but hydraullic drive wouldn't be bad ( or an air compressor) The original PTO kits are rare as hens teeth. Got a schematic of them somewhere but it's a bit vague.

I have chatted with some malaysian guy ages ago about this, he ditched the Zuk unit in favour of a Nissan PTO reconed they pulled a load better and were slightly lighter (as well as easier to find) Supposedly not to uncommon in Malaysia .. hmm PTO air compressor !!
