body lifts really do make the paj much sexier. The only concern I have is getting someone to custom make new brackets for the bullbar and rear bumper. I cant stand seeing body lifts without the front and rear bumers adjusted accordingly, really tarnishes the first impression.
How long did it take you?
33s next on the list i assume?

how long
The body lift isn’t that hard it took me about 8 hrs all up all you have to do is pull some of the break lines through the 2 front guards undo the bracket on the fuel filler hose take off the back bumper and take the fan shroud off and cut the bottom out so the fan don’t hit it. Then undo all the body bolts on one side the front one is the hardest to get out. What I did was got another bolt the same size stuck it back through the hole and hit it till the body bolt came out the other side the other 5 bolts come out really easy. After you get them all out jack up one side of the truck by the body till the lift blocks fit in. replace the nuts and bolts with 140mm X 10mm HT bolts and locking nuts tighten them up and do the same on the other side. As for the transfer shifter I just cut into the body and the centre console to get it into 2wd (but you can bend them) and I extended both shifters 50mm.
The brackets for the front bumper took about 1hr to make not that hard.
And yes 33” X 12.5” tyres going on soon can’t wait.

Re: how long
You should move the radiator down so the fan pulls air through the shroud as set by factory. If you leave the radiator up and cut the shroud, you can affect the cooling of the radiator. Its not a hard job, just redrill the mounting holes after you have emptied the core.nh_pajero wrote: take the fan shroud off and cut the bottom out so the fan don’t hit it.
I LIKE IT, I LIKE IT ALOT!!!!!!!!!
rear bar
i am going to make a rear bar after the rock sliders but the ball and chain wants me to finnish of the box trailer first before doing anything more to the truck

so did you bolt the new tray to the already existing tray??? or just the firewall? any supporting brackets underneath going to the wheel guard? what size is that second battery looks small...? did you take photos of the setup? sorry bout the questions,
iv bought a second hand battery tray the same as the existing one and going to cut the side out of it, closest to the firewall and weld in the new tray up to the firewall and run supports down to the wheel guard im thinking, i had the battery running with the firewall perpindicular to the existing, but like i said it hit the bonnet, its a 75a/h century weighs, i dunno prob 25-30kg but yeh when i get it done, ill put up photos, perhaps this wkend? maybe
any more description or photos or diagrams definitely wouldnt go unappreciated

battery tray
i bolted it to the existing tray with a support to the guard it is only a small battery i have it setup so if the main battery is low on power when i turn the key the samll battery kicks in so i can still start the truck. Ill take some more pics and post them up soon.
