is it possible to put a gu ute body on a mq chassis?
if so wat do u need to do and wats the disavantages and advantages of it?

I really doubt you'd find a GU ute that has had the chassis damaged so bad that it can't be used, but the cab was untouched / still usable.

GU chassis would be better off road than an MQ.

Waste of time and money I think. Sorry.

to be honest you'd probably be better off financially just selling the MQ and buying a GU. Unless you're talking about a GQ, which the early models were very similar to the MQs, and the front panels bolt up I believe.

Brad from SA 4x4 Wreckers has a GQ ute body for sale for around $400 I think. 0410941682. Tell him Brendan from 4WD Monthly sent ya :D

all its doing is improving looks.... its a massive waste of money and time.... if u had a gu chassis etc and wanted to put a mq body on that cause ur gu body was damaged or u never had one i would say go for it.
