Have looked at the conversion that still keeps the E brake as Drum Not happy with that solution....
Plus are there any possibilities of using a tranny disc E brake
The axle is a Dana 44

Would like to upgrade rear drums to discs on 98 TJ

This sight might help you get started. However its for an XJ. I have this conversion on my XJ (D35 axle) and works well. May need to search the net more for further info (try the US sites) or improvise for the TJ.

High Angle Drivelines do an "e-brake" kit as an option for their SYE
