can any one tell me what the torque settings for the upper and lower ball joints would be ?
any info would be great .

TIGHT!

And make sure the castelated nut lines up with the hole in the thread for the split pin.

upper 75Nm, lower 150Nm according to the manual.
Nice gq swb ute chop with a huffer for the good times
