What happend to the comp spec rav 4

Post by suzuki boy »

At the Melbourne 4wd about 3 years ago a guy had a rav 4 with about 35 or 36 inch rubber under it and was ment to be doing all the comps in the near future. Has the guy still got the car or did he not finish it? What happend to it? By memory it was dark green. Dont know how much of it was toyota but looked awsome! Just curious because it drew a croud every day the show was on. Thanks for any info on it you might have.

Who said anything about Buying, and , the bet is purely to beat another mans pride.

A Friend CLAIMS that monument track is for Modified 4wds only. I claim i could drive a Rav down it. He disagreed (he, drives a 75 Ute). So, Rav Ordered and bet will be settled in due course.

Its good to lease a new Toyota every 9 months :)

It was one of the best looking 4wd's i think iv'e seen! This bet sounds like some fun. Iv'e been down monument track and you could get a rav down there if you take your time and don't give a s@#t. So any more info on when or if it will be finished?

I agree. Ive lead a convoy of cars down monument, one being a standard pathfinder with road tires, just before seasonal closure and he made it fine. Didnt even get hung up on anything.

I think some one will be losing a bet!!!!!!!! ;)
