Auspit's MOUNT COLE (Vic) NAVRUN 16/17th September

Post by NavRun »

Our last Navrun for this year is at Mount Cole, right near Ararat.

Mount Cole State Forest straddles the west of the Great Dividing Range and abuts Mt Buangor State Park. Less frequented than other bushland areas in the region, Mt Cole State Forest remains relatively undisturbed. There is a 250 km system of roads and tracks throughout the forest.

Mount Buangor State Park adjoins Mount Cole State Forest, 60 km west of Ballarat. Only 2 hours from Melbourne.

For more info on this event visit www.navrun.com.au

Good luck to all attending this event. I'm sure as usual the Boys will turn on a good weekend but i know you'll all miss me:P

I accidently brought the radar home with me after the last navrun but have sent it ove with someone else so it will be there... never fear though i had it "specially calibrated" for you all so you'll be able to get away with doing 10 k's over... honestly you will

Cheers, Dan

Presentation will be on the 2nd December, the weekend after the Navnite, our last event for 2006. This will also be teh Navnite presentation.

I know its a little way off but it is also a get together before Christmas and a chance to mingle and talk about 2006.

Venue will be announced soon.

I will also email teams to give an indication that they should be there- hint, hint!!
