old engle's

Post by dwaynes »

Guys,
just been given and old green and gold 40l engle works great other than the seal on the lid is broken as well there are no hinges anymore.

The question is, what sort of dollars would be needed to have the lid seal fixed and hinges replaced if anyone knows.

Thanks
Dwayne

One fo the repairers for Engel up our way is Don Jones Refrigeration. I went to his work once, and he has bits and pieces laying around. One of those places where you look around and think, gotta remember this is here.
Maybe he would be worth a try. Might be able to help, might not, but you gotta start somewhere.

Pics? I find it hard to believe you can't fix it with some generic rubber seals from somewhere.
This is not legal advice.
