Some of you guys might be able to help out.
I have a coil sprung Suzuki 96 model and I am looking to pull out the 1.3ltr motor and put in a 1.6 carbie vitara motor.
Can anyone tell me if the 1.6 will fit onto the 1.3 bellhousing any any other
problems that I might face If or when I go to do this engine swap.
At the moment I am just waying up my options to see which way to go to give me more power.

Not sure how much power you are chasing - but another swap worth considering is a Jimny 1.3L with EFI... Apparently it is almost completely bolt in (engine mounts / x-fer case etc) plus wiring.
A fellow on this board (ThaOldMan) has done this swap and i believe he is very happy with it.

the only problem you could have is height.if you dont have a body lift it can hit.the sierra box does fit,there are 2 ways that i have done.first is buy (or make)an adaptor kit(if you buy one this comes with the engine mounts).second is to plug(weld)the 2 lowest sides of the engine(where the box bolts up)just inside the lip,then redrill the 2 holes for the g-box bolts.the only downside to this is you have to shave some off the other side for the nut to fit.the 2 top holes line up.other than that the starter might need a little bit of grinding to fit.you can use your sierra radiator as long as its fairly decent.
