B/L Block diamter

As heading says, im after the diameter of body lift blocks for a GQ patrol as i want to order some alloy so i can machne them up,

The mounts are 70mm. So min is this size . 75-80 is better.

Minimun dia is 70mm . YOU could buy a complete kit & have no problems.
Blocks ,hi-tensile bolts, bumpstops & instructions

Thanks for the sizes and aditional info on doing the body lift. It works out alot cheaper to make your own then buy a kit. Ive been quoted from $350 to $450 for a kit I can buy a length of 3'' alloy bar for around $75 and cut, bevel the edges and drill the holes at home on the lathe and just buy the bolts. Total costs around $100 to $150. If anyone can tell me where i can buy a comlpete kit in that price range for a 2'' lift using alloy (as thats what the engineer wants) let me know.

Naturally its cheaper to make your own. you are doing the labour for nothing. You can not expect someone else to make all the blocks for free.
I don't like using alloy as it enhances corrosion. AS a forum member a kit would cost $275 including bumpstops.[hi-density nylon blocks.
If you prefer to make you own go for it. Lots of guys do their own kits.

In my last bodylift i had 3"blocks out of high density nylon from macquarie4x4 and had no problem. The only reason im going alloy this time is because it is what the engineer has asked. Ilike the nylon ones as you said they dont enhance corrosion, but i have to keep the man that signs off on the work happy.
