What would be a really good gps to buy if my budget is around the $700-$800 mark.I know pretty much nothing about gps's except that they give you your position.

do a search there has been a few of thse threads recently hence why nobody has replied. more info needed from you. why do you want a gps. do you want sat nav? mapping? etc etc.
