Where do these bits go?

Post by Damo »

I've been outta the loop for a few weeks, what's been happening???

Got some progress happening on my rig, still checking the threads to see what others have been up to though...

I have these parts that arrived the other day but I don't know where they go. Can anyone help out? :finger:

BTW, I got more pics of the rig's progress in the Members section.

I think they're throw away parts that you don't need... send them down to melbourne - we can dispose of them on your behalf quite happily ;)

Just guessing by the filename, looks like rockhopper parts. But if you find you don't need them I am sure I could slot them in somewhere.

cheers

mmm interesting question damo , I rekon the bottom right has to be your butt plug,The top right is the day spacer you use this in conjunction with part 1 ,after a night with a yota driver, and ofcourse the top left the day spacer for after a night with zook drivers :finger:

How on earth did you get time to take pics ,you should be fitting that suker! ;)

You seem to have an extraordinary knowledge of butt plugs :finger:

I'll prolly install it next week as i'm trying to get the suspension sorted first. And I have to go out of town for 5 days over the weekend too... so that sets me back a bit.

i'm sure a certain toyata driver has a little more experience with butt plugs and nanas.

damo, do nothing with them until you come down. Once we have the shed set up I will demonstrate where they go by putting them into my rig for you. :finger: :finger: :finger:

I have similar parts that you can use instead.

Damo

Those parts belong to your transfer case,(ROCKHOPPER GEARS)
You need to pull your transfer apart and replace what you pull out with those bits......

P.S: If you don't want them i will greatfully accept them as a donation...
