Post by G60MAN »

Hi all,

Does anyone know where I can get either climax or superior style shakles.

from the manufacturers website? I know Superior has them listed on their website....

Question...why not just SoA the G60? It will give you much better results....

I have found that the width of a G60's shackles is the same as the extended ones I made for the rear of my Isuzu MU years ago. That would mean the same as the shackles on at least some rodeos. So there may be some options there to check on, if you find something specifically for the G60.
This is not legal advice.

I haven't checked, but the rodeo ones used rubber/plastic bushes anyway so it would just be a case of using the right bush size.

Anyway, just something to check, not a definite match.

best bet would be to give them a call or send an email tho as superior themselves dont recomend those shackles for certain types of wheeling and have other better sulutions depending on they terain you drive

I would love a SOA however I dont have $$$$ . If I did then I would replace the Diffs with GQ 4.6s (still leaf spring with SOA, Dual lockers).

What i like about the G60 is that without lifting it or cutting guards I can fit 35s.
