Sorry for the late reply guys but ive been busy and also had computer problems.

Firstly i need to thank our sponsors who all helped out in some way to make this a great event. Mickey Thompson Tyres and TJM without these guys this event wouldnt have been where it is now. It seams i can never ask too much of these guys they just help out when ever i need it. Then there are all the minor sponsors that are not only helping W.E.Rock grow but also helping all the competitors out in some way. These include OPW, Staun Products, 4WD Monthly, Haultech Offroad, The 4X4 Show, NEW FM and TOOHEYS.

Then the Competitors we do realise how much you guys sacrifice to get to these events and we all appreciate your support. Damn some of you guys have come a long way in a short time. There are drivers that i thought wouldnt have returned after the first round but you have stuck with it all year and realy got your shit together and some of you are at the stage now im happy im no longer competing as i doubt i would have much chance of winning anymore. And i realy dont want to have to drive the courses im setting for you anyway

I think with the guys that are now going to the US we have a real good shot at placing well in the World finals and maybe even a win.

I also need to thank the land owners Rodney,Nolene, Erroll and Judy Smith and the Milbrodale School. From the catering to cleaning up after the event they helped out as much as they could. We will defianatly be back here for more action next year.

Thanks for all the kind words about this event. But i do need to appologise for the Toilets  They were hired and supposed to have been serviced over the weekend by the hire company but some how this was over looked. I only had one contact number and could not get hold of anyone to sort this out till Monday. They gave us a refund on the toilets but this still doesnt excuse the condition they were in. Again im very sorry for this inconviniance.

Im still working flat out on getting this US trip sorted and as soon as its done i will be onto next year. And as soon as i can i will release the dates and locations for next year. Put Up or Shut Up will again be our First event for 2007 and will be Australia Day long weekend again but Venue is not confirmed yet.

Next year is going to be huge

Hay Bowlsey its not a bad idea that damo will let Patrolden have a drive after the event as the hopeless will be in fine form as it spends more time avoiding the rocks then driving over them :finger: Dont forget' Wombat from OFF ROCK RACING hehehe

Im Sorry i forgot to mention a few others in my last reply.

Peta Smith(Dan Pitt's Better half). Your help was greatly appreciated. Without you i wouldnt have had any idea where to start with getting some of the coverage we had for this event.

Thanks to all the guys from the media that attended. Offroad Productions, Offroad Images, The 4x4 Show, Dirt Comp Magazine, 4WD monthly, 4x4 Australia, Rock Hammer Photography and NBN TV. And not Forgetting Jan Graham and Bob Way for filming for W.E.Rock all year.

And Lastly the Judges. You all do a great job and for little benifit for yourselves. You have been abused by Competitors and your Judgment is constantly questioned but you all stand by your calls which is all we can ask. I hope you all gained some sort of satisfaction from doing what you do. And i hope your all keen for a new season next year because without you we can not continue running these events.

Thats actually not a bad idea. I will see if i can sort it out after i sort out the US Finals. I might be able to give them something even better to have a play in. Not knocking the Homeless but i might have something a little stronger that they would have less chance of damaging.

Or maybe we can get em together with a heap of buggys and they draw the buggy they drive outa a hat. Then they can jump from seat to seat from diffrent stages????
Oh and i see nothing wrong with gettn the interstate judges to try get up this way a make a weekend out of it. Perhaps Rover park would make that one easier?
The judges getten crap dished out to them is very hard to deal with and they cope with it well. But alot of them i am pretty shore know its only on the coarse and never personel. And it is allways good after a days competing kicking back in the camps and having a beer and some good yarns with them all so i am shore most will be back next year and i hope a few get into a seat and step up.

Damo is that the best you can come up with??? If it takes driving around rocks to get a podium then i am happy to not get a podium and get heaps of media coverage :finger: And acctually attempt some of the lines! Like you said after i roled on the shootout " i had Huge B@!#S to try drive that line" I actually thought that was obvious!!!!     hehehe

Cheers Jamie h

Well at the finals the judges didnt get a drive from what i am aware of so why not give em a whole weekend of it?? Just as long as they do the required changes on the cvs and stuff during the coarse of this event and sign contracts stating that they will be judging at every round next year

This could be a good chance for the drivers to be judges and see how it is from there point of view!not to mention questioning the decisions the judges(normally the drivers)and give them a hard time! :finger:

75 Cruiser alot of the judges from last year are now drivers so have first hand experience as to what its about Hence why we understand that they should be rewarded.

Bloody owth we should as i am shore all will agree with me in saying that the group of judges that we have at the moment including crokie83 that was not at the finals due to family commitments do know and understand the rules very well and when making a call are confident with there ruling and make a huge effort to get to most events and lend a hand at there cost. Most even pack up there coarse at the end of the event which does make others life a bit easier. So i am shore most who are able to get there buggy so where ever this might be held would have no probs at all with lettn the judges GO WILD and have some fun. Then they would for shore be commited for another season. So hopefully this can get organized when Tony has a bit more time after the world finals. Maybe we could change PUOSU to a judges drive event????????????????
Judges drive Usual drivers spot and usual spotters judge??? Or a seperate event on its own would be good aswell.
