u talking about the small rubber return line off the rail or the steel one ? if it is just cut it back and put a peice of hose btween the broken halves with a few hose clamps, you can use standard fuel line hose because its not under any pressure.

If it is the rubber fuel line as described above, I just replaced mine the other week.
Went and bought fuel line and 2 new hose clamps (screw type - better than the factory ones) from Auto One for less than $5.
Bit of a fiddly prick to replace...
