can anybody help with fitting a 60 series power steering to a Bj 40, want to no do you use the 60 series steering column and box or the 40 series column modified to suit thanks

bj on roids should be able to answer this for you as he has done quite a few of them. He should be here durring the day tomorrow.

it depends on what your engineer suggests. Also for street driving or for offroad only will also make a big difference. I have used the 40 series column in my vehicle which had to be engineered and made a bolt on adapter!
hands and mums dont count!!!

I used a 55 series column which bolts straight in, then an intermediate shaft out of a 75 series. It all goes together without any cutting or welding. I've got all the bits if you need anything.

have a couple of 6x/7x steering boxes if you want, depending where you are. check for sale board.
