Nankang A/T's

Post by RockyF75 »

Has anyone had any experiences with them? I've found a set, described as having 80-90% tread on them, on alloy rims. I'll be using them mostly for daily driving if i get them. Just want to know what a good price for them would be, and what are they like on/offroad? The rims are a very scruffy, need sanding + polising or painting, the tyres are 10.5 x 31. The bloke has advertised them at $700 for the 4... I think he's dreaming, and feel 450-500 would be more appropriate :?:

for $700, i rekon you could pick them for new, my 33" Nankang Mudstars cost $714 for 4 fitted and balanced, brand new, i cant imagine the 31" All Terrain are dearer???

Why these??? why not something else, for 400-500 theres heaps around, second hand. You could get a set of mtrs for 400 or 500 bucks, there was a set on ebay, 4x31" MTRs with 2xCooper AT spares all at 70-80% for $500, im sure you could get something better for your money, a set of rims couldnt cost much, mine ended up costing $50 for 4 15x8 sunnies, and picked up a spare with a 33" MTR at 50% for another $50, just wondering why your thinking these instead of something better???

These are with alloy's, and I had a good feeling he was dreaming with the $700. They are on ebay, listed @ 450 but Buy it now $750. If they stay at $450 i might bid, dunno. I only really have that much to spend. There's another set of A/T's atm i'm watching too so i haven't made my mind up. And i'm in no hurry so i guess this helps :D If i can get full mudders for this price, i'll be happy  , even though I really should get the daily's 1st. I got sum Desert dueler knockoff's on the rear that look like they wont last even 20,000ks the way they are wearing

Thanks for the help. PM ur way Mudmacca ;)
