Bit of a silly question but does any know if Pintle Hooks are rated,

if so how much is the rating on them

I'm not sure man, you might get a better response in General Tech.

I have a friend that's got a pintle hook on the back of their rig and it's been used for a recovery point for years and there's no signs of it giving up the ghost.
